Mind-Body Back School: Tai Chi, Qigong, Pilates & Gentle Yoga
This workshop includes:
- Qigong to learn to relax the back “on the fly”.
- Tai Chi principles for effortless power.
- Pilates-based work to improve awareness & strength of the “core” muscles.
- Hatha yoga & pranayama to gently cultivate a more supple & vital spine.
- Words of experience on how to prioritize development of strength, flexibility and awareness to set the stage for long-term spinal health.
