“Kick the Habit” of Back Pain

An often missed factor in relieving back pain is an improving awareness of how movement habits overstress muscles, ligaments, discs, and joints, making them susceptible to a cycle of recurring strains. This workshop will explore how Feldenkrais, Tai Chi, and Qigong, combined with Yoga practice, can provide an effective way to sustain an easeful, peaceful, useful, and engaged self.
