Easy Does It = SAFE (Strength, Awareness, Flexibility and Energy)

In this program we will explore the use of different movement approaches such as Feldenkrais, Yoga and Qigong to promote Strength, Awareness, Flexibility and Energy (SAFE). The lessons consist of comfortable, easy movements that help identify habitual ways of moving that may be limiting your functioning. The lessons also help you explore new options or possibilities for movement, making it easier to re-engage in the activities you enjoy.
In these sessions you will learn to:
- attend to your whole self
- eliminate unnecessary energy expenditure
- mobilize your intentions into actions
